I was part of the Industrial Innovation Centre (IIC), Oman team since its inception in 2017 and worked on establishing and activating their innovation programs. I have been active start-up mentor since having worked with start-ups like RAID, Sea Delight, Raseen and Nawa National Company funded by the centre. I have also led the feasibility studies of several large scale projects with total annual revenue target of > US$ 1 billion championed by TANMIA under the Date Palm Innovation Program and the Sector Innovation Program championed by IIC. I love working with entrepreneurs and can help them through their journey from ideation to commercialization, supporting them in developing innovative solutions to identified problems, identify and source technology / machinery / raw materials, develop business plan and financial projection and prep them in their pitching techniques to raise funds. We have network of other service providers like branding, SM marketing, auditing, etc. that can relieve the start-up team from tasks outside their area of expertise for them to focus on the essentials.
